We have posted an update to SDScribe™ 2022, v.8.04 (the previous release was v.8.03). This is a free update for SDScribe™ 2022 customers.
This is a minor release that includes additional H- and P-statement translations into non-English languages; for existing users, the program will ask you on start-up whether you wish to import updated phrases (the “Keminaco” import file).
Additionally, if you did not previously update to v.8.03, the program will offer to import Australian exposure limit values; and H- and P-statements in Korean. (We have added preliminary versions of both Korean and Portuguese section titles, but have not had an opportunity to verify the translations yet with native speakers.)
The two transportation tabs on the SDS entry form now include a field for entering the Hazchem Emergency Action Code (EAC), for countries/regions that use it. You can also enter an alternate title for the “DOT" field; the program will substitute the alternate title for “DOT” on the generated SDS.
